Current Hours & Safety Regulations
In accordance with COVID-19 safety regulations, we have implemented these policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our our customers and staff.
- We are OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Having only one household in the store at a time enables us to give our customers streamlined, quality service in a safe, clean, and uncrowded environment.
- We require that masks are properly worn by both customers and employees at all times while in the store.
- We ask that only staff members physically touch art, jewelry, frame and mat samples and that proper 6' social distancing measures are kept.
- We will wipe down all frequently touched surfaces daily and items touched by staff and customers between appointments.
- We have complimentary hand sanitizer and single use gloves in the store for customer and staff use.
- We offer two contact-free options for you to receive your purchases. Option one: FREE Door to Door Delivery on purchases of $500 or more within a 30 mile radius and for clients with special needs. At an appointed time, a Pierre Paul staff member will to deliver the piece to your home on either your front doorstep or in your garage.
- Option Two: FREE At Store Pick-Up. Simply make an appointment, call us from your car when you arrive, and we’ll place the item right outside the gallery door or in your trunk.
